excesive heat/cpu use in freestyle #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play any game like a fps that should be pretty proccessor intencive.
2. drop back to freestyle dash and note the cpu temp. (mine is grneraly around 
62C
3. wait infreestyle dash and watch the cpu temp rise up to 10C above game temp. 
(Mine stops at 71C)(was 82C befor changing to actic silver 5)

GPU seems to hover about 71 all the time and doesent chage in freestlye, 
sometime it actualy goes down a degree or too from game play.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

temp should probubly stay the same if not go down. fan is set to auto and maybe 
that is not as agessive as it is when in game.

just wondering if there is something that might have been mised that causes a 
loop or something making the processor work way to hard for just the dash. or 
something updatng way to fast.
