FSD will not show empty Partition 2 in File Manager or FTP #57

FSD will not show a newly formatted Xbox1 Compatibility Partition (HDDX) in
either FTP or File Manager. This means that after formatting with
hdd_partition_fixer, we have to use xexmenu's file manager to copy a random
file to HDDX in order to get it visible in FSD's FTP and file manager
