Excel file open delay Issue #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. GuiClient run
2. any Excel file open
3. file open delay... 
   but if GuiClient exit or set CefSingleProcess := true, immediately open!!

OS : Windows7 64bit
dcef3 Version : 3.1750.1738, 3.1364.1094

this issue related with MS DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange)... Excel open fine 
without DDE
