Provide a public URL on a CDN with the latest version of iui.js #328

Please provide a public URL which will hold the latest versions of 
iui.js, default-theme.css, iui-buttons.css, iui.css and all other CSS files.

This will help users keep thier sites up to date with iUI version.

This would be very nice to have.  Does anyone know how to get Google or one of 
the CDNs to add us to the list of supported JavaScript projects?

I looked into this a little and it looks like Google and MS host a very small 
number of libraries and it might be hard to get on their list.

This site is a possibility:  http://www.cdnjs.com/
Once 0.4.0 is finalized we can try submitting it here: 
https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs

Does anyone know of any other alternatives?

I don't know if cdnjs.com is our best option, but now that we have a "final" 
release, we might try submitting it there...
