Stats don't update as quickly as expected #638

* Play through an exploration (probably easier to see if it is one that hasn't 
been accessed before)
* Load stats soon after playing through
* State hit counts are not quite up to date (possibly all 0s)
* Refresh the page, some stats update 
* Do this a few more times, all stats will load

All state hit events seem to be in the database and all the data is up to date 
after a minute or two, so I suspect that it is a problem with the real time 
layer.
