Links to Files do not work #100

Platform:
Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on link to a file.
2. Machine freezes momentarily.
3. No results, nothing happens. Machine returns to normal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There are several links in a .chm file that I'm working on to word
documents, pdfs, powerpoints, and excel files that simply do not work. The
same links on a PC work fine and give the option to save or open the linked
files that these point to. Doing the same thing using this program yields
no results, just a hesitation, then preceding as normal as if the link has
not been clicked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.2 on OS X Leopard Version 10.5.8

I guess this must have something to do with case insensitivity on windows as 
regards 
filenames. Is it possible for iChm to treat the embedded picture links as case 
insensitive? I think it should work then.
