CPU occupation is high when meet wrong link #113

My ichm is 1.4.2, my osx is 10.6.3.

Sometimes ichm takes high cpu occupation.

I try to reproduce this problem, and I find something.

In one chm file(I'm reading <Cocoa Programming for Mac OSX 3rd
Edition>.chm), if there is a link to a picture, clicked, then ichm will
open it in a new tab. In some scenarios, the link is not correct, and the
new tab is black. Maybe now ichm get confused and try to figure it out.
