Some Images are scaled improperly #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open certain Documents, e.g. 
http://www.forum-datenaustausch.ch/generalinvoicerequest_v430_rev._2.chm
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There are several UML-like diagrams. Most of them are scaled wrong, too small, 
too big, sometimes even unpropotional. You will see it immediately when you 
open the file (elements in chapter "Hierarchical List"). I can't see this issue 
on other CHM-Readers (e.g. CHM View from Enolsoft), so the CHM-File seems to be 
ok.
Update: In Comparision with CHM-View, iChm displays different Graphics. So the 
scaling issue seems to be caused by using the right size information but the 
wrong picture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2 @ Mac OS X 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Apart from this, I really like iChm!

Sorry, version is 1.4.3, not 1.4.2.

Image will be replaced with the right one on the current open page if you 
change the sidebar to "index" and back to "chapter". Really strange...
