Request: Keyboard shortcuts for previous/next page #41

Currently we can go to the next/previous page in the following ways:
- click on the previous/next links at the top or bottom of the page, using the 
mouse
- find the next item in the sidebar and click on that, using the mouse
- tab over to the sidebar and hit the up/down arrows

Please add the ability to go to the next or previous page with a keyboard 
shortcut like the left/right 
arrow keys while the focus is on the main text window. Then we can navigate 
documents using only 
the arrow keys.
