 iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rotating iPhone from portrait to landscape and vice versa 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smooth rotation expected. Instead there is a lag of 2-3 seconds. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0 on iPod Touch 2G
