Platform: Mac 10.6.1
Mac or iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download this file: http://devnet.kentico.com/downloads/kenticocms_api.zip
2. Extract and open
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is formatted text. I'm getting plain text with very few spaces 
or line breaks.
I have attached a screen shot of the text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.4.1 on Snow Leopard (10.6.1)

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tired re-downloading the file as well as using SL's default extractor 
and Stuffit Expander to 
unzip with no luck.  Also, the other chm files from the site work in ichm.

I've tested the DB Reference and the Controls, both work.
