Fork Neofetch in order to add VitOS support including an ASCII of VIto. When happy with end result send a pull request.

Added Vito ASCII to Neofetch, also added Vito support so when using command

neofetch --ascii_distro VitOS

the correct ASCII appears.

Also, if a user is using the VitOS distro and has Neofetch installed then the Vito Ascii will automatically appear unless the user customizes Neofetch to override with a different image or ASCII.
