Upgrade to Parcel 2 #3

I was having the hardest time figuring out why everything in the template worked on my MacBook but not on my Windows desktop. Turns out this template doesn't work with Parcel version 2 and above. I was wondering if you plan to update your templates to use newer versions of Parcel? Thank you!

Subscribe. But in case you need it, I created repo with Angular as a server and a bit of a boilerplate for phaser. Will update it later as I move through the book. And will try to make it work on Parcel 2 after I finish the book.
