fix: remove reviewdog as ci lint check #553

Resolves #552

What changed

Before this PR, we were running two linting checks in our CI: Reviewdog and a lint YAML file. Running Reviewdog was not only redundant but also caused issues, such as failing the CI when transitioning from a draft pull request to a real PR.
