Finalize event accounting #101

This should happen after the event, as well as the subsequent places we anticipate vending for donations. This is a prereq. to dispersing honorariums

[x] finalize expenses
[x] confirm expected inflow
[x] transfer payments to organizers for reimbursements, aiming for Aug 8
[x] confirm all inflow received
~receipt for cryptocurrency generated~
[x] disperse honorariums (in #102 )
[x] publish aggregated budget v. actual expenditures (in #130)

Hey @ana0 -- just pinging about the cryptocurrency line item, are we still expecting to finalize that?

Hey @ana0 -- is there anything left on the receipt side you'd like us to do? Or can I close this out? Maybe I'll give it a week and if there isn't an update I'll aim to close out then!
