add remarks presentations #118

Hey @garrying is this okay to add in as is? I tried to pull out most of the cruft but maybe not the right dec'n 🤷‍♀️

I think this makes sense. Maybe remarks-* folders could be put under a presentations parent folder? or indicated in the folder name. In terms of the reveal.js cruft, I believe the .scss files can be removed (disclaimer: not super familiar with reveal). Also, might be good to add a readme to mention these were made with reveal.js
