discussed on 02/10 potentially using formspree: https://formspree.io/ to embed a basic form on the website that goes to orga@ournetworks.ca for now. We'll collect and aim to understand what we need for registration closer to March/April

@dcwalk Yeah, we should aim to have it on the website this weekend. Getting CFP up this weekend sounds like a good goal.
