So we should firm this up, I think we could aim to use our Calendar and have a board or something with it during the conference? (A bit too unconference style?)

Hey @patcon when you've confirmed a reso for Drinks can you add details to the calendar and then close this issue? I've added all the others so we are almost there 💃

Other barrier free places:

Northern Maverick: called to confirm ~10 min walk
Supermarket (need to confirm?) ~15 min walk
Trinity Common (no front step. need to confirm washroom) ~15 min walk

I've emailed for Sunday drinks: Northern Maverick and Trinity Common. Both a little pricey but not quite barhop pricey

Okay I went and made a reso at Trinity Common. Will update the calendar and then close this issue
