MAJOR MILESTONE!!

TODOs to mark as done:

[x] submit booking requests with venues in order:
- [x] submit with TMAC (have done so for sometime in Sep 19-23 range)
[x] confirm costing details
[x] finalize venue agreement

Our hopes and dreams for this year:

ideally being in the same space for the whole event
potentially an exhibition, maybe lasting a bit longer than the event
interactive/workshopping pre-event load in setting up a network for the event itself, etc.
100ish conference attendees and a more for the exhibition (open to public!)
accessible space!
affordable!
sympathetic organization
