Having it on it's own page About > Accessibility an initial thought for website content
Example from how 4S addressed accessibility for participants email:
"This year, the conference organizers have published accessibility guidelines, which are available on the conference webpage. In order to make the conference and presentations more accessible to attendees, please take the time to consider the suggestions we make, which include things like having hard copies of your presentations on hand or using high-contrast PowerPoint slides with large fonts. In particular, we urge session organizers and chairs to check in with co-panelists in advance to discuss name pronunciations, gender pronouns, and access needs. We also urge panel chairs to actively moderate their sessions and strive to ensure that all panelists have equal time and properly allocated and respectful discussion. Finally, we also have designated an Accessibility Ombudsperson who can be reached at any time with questions or to request assistance at (504) 321-3610 or 4saccessibilityombuds@gmail.com."
Closing for now! I think we have our approach for 2019
