Did a little chatting 2020-02-29 meeting, drafted a first pass, copying back here what is in the grants for reference. We should firm up our accountability milestones at next call :)

We updated/refined milestones on 2020-03-28 call, added to readme and calendar I think once we have our design brief drafted those deadlines pinned down more (happening in #15)
