Detect and signal bots as bots #105

I'm not against bots having a "person" ID, or even a page with packages they contributed to (see previous link).

What I don't want is to see a bot as an author / contributor of one of my package, as in the example below, where two bots are listed, potentially hiding "real" authors / contributors:

Maybe some sort of flag could be added for users to signal bots as such?
