Fixes wrong 'boost your oa score' Links

Hey there, I noticed that the "how open are you"-modals give you a link with information about how to boost your score with the text below (see also screenshot).

To boost your score, just upload some of your articles to an open access repository and recalculate: here's how.

The link leads to localhost:5000, which I assume to be a remnant of the development process. I fixed it in all locations I found it. Hope that helps 💖
