Feature: add support for "published name" #20

ORCID allows users to set a "published name" which allows for greater discoverability, but also has implications for folks who publish under a different name than their legal names (e.g. trans & nb folks).

In my case, my legal name is Victoria but my published name is Vicky. ORCID lets me set this to be the name displayed on my record, depending on my permissions: screenshot from 2017-08-07 21-54-30

Because I set it as "everyone" the name at the top of my profile is Vicky instead of Victoria: screenshot from 2017-08-07 21-55-23

Right now, my ImpactStory profile still says Victoria even though my ORCID doesn't. It would be great if the ImpactStory profile reflected my choice in naming and had Vicky up at the top.

Good suggestion! The name situation is a bit complicated because sometimes we get it from Twitter, and other times from ORCID. This is a confusing situation and is mostly there for legacy reasons, but it makes modifying the naming logic more complicated than it ought to be.

So, although this is a great idea to change, it may take a little while for us to get to it, while we unsnarl that code.
