Zookeys is an open access journal listed in DOAJ: https://doaj.org/toc/1313-2970
It is indicated as such for most ZooKeys article DOIs I tried on oadoi, including https://api.oadoi.org/v1/publication/doi/10.3897/zookeys.585.8019:
"evidence": "oa journal (via journal title in doaj)"
However, for https://api.oadoi.org/v1/publication/doi/10.3897/zookeys.555.6173 it is marked as:
"evidence": "hybrid journal (via crossref license url)"
What is the reason that this information is inconsistent? I would assume DOAJ information trumps other methods of figuring out the journal status?
