bibtex import not working for walt #126

the problem was that this bibtex has more than 350 articles in it; we time out.
I broke the file into 4 pieces and could import all of them separately just fine. Closing the ticket for now, with a boomerang to try again later and follow up with walt once we've moved to postgres.
