sprint 4 is focussing on the API *goals for this sprint (first half of april)

• user stories
• updating metrics and aliases work with api calls
• only update things past a certain staleness *includes rate limiting working
• three providers: Dryad, Mendeley, GitHub 54, 55, 56
• acceptance tests upfront 61
• error reporting (very basic... in goes in a database) 59
• appropriate logging messages 60 jenkins (optional) 53 with refactoring around config etc 52 *FIXMEs into issues 57
• http response caching 58 (those numbers are the issue numbers in the total-impact-core repo)
