In this case, they are all irrelevant except for the one I want to look at.
When I edit settings of that one, the settings page opens in a modal popup over the full list, and the URL doesn't change.
The repo and the edit page of the repo should each have an URL, so that I can browse directly to the page of interest without clicking around. Github URL design is a good example.
