Add mint price field at class data
At mint, if user is not owner, allow mint by deducting price from account, mint to that user
Transfer deducted price to class owner
Pay-to-mint users will not be able to specify metadata fields - those should be pre-defined by class owner beforehand. Mint empty nft for now - follow up metadata assignment at oursky/likecoin-chain#177
