How can authors authorize other acounts to mint and update the NFT so that the on chain NFT owner could be the author itself?

From meeting we need this to enable likerland to move on to non-custodial model

I think in the first and up coming release, likerland team will use custodial model. What we need to investigate is how the custodial model more to non-custodial with the help on z/authz module.
