Replace Phpflow.com filtering from rss.app to siftrss. #88

No valid posts on the feed, unable to test, but I need to move forward with this to avoid paying for next month rss.app.

(there is a post from Sun, 09 Oct 2022 05:30:56 GMT, but not returned by siftrss, probably because of post "history limit")
