Is it the same file size limits listed in this resource for video uploads through builder's artwork uploader?

from the protocol level there is no size limits as you can use an ipfs / arweave link that you upload. from the frontend we are using a zora service to handle IPFS uploads so it will likely have similar limits to zora but I can confirm for you soon
