Describe the bug Unable to connect via WalletConnect to a Safe

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to nouns.build
  2. Connect
  3. WalletConnect
  4. Paste WC string into Safe
  5. App doesn't pick up connection from Safe

Expected behavior Should create an appropriate connection with the Safe to submit transactions.
