bumps web3 to 6.0.0b6 #68

Description

Latest apeworx/ape is using web3 @ 6.0.0b6. This is incompatible with this repo's web3 version 5.

Motivation and Context

This change makes it possible to use ape with this package.

How has this been tested?

This change does not affect any tests. They all pass.

@nazariyv We have upgraded web3 to v6 in our latest release so marking this now as closed
