Remove references to `totalSupply` throughout documentation #50

Just noticed there are a few references to zora.totalSupply() throughout the docs. For example here: https://zora.engineering/zdk/reference/zora. This method doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Hi! This method exists as zora.media.totalSupply(), can update this in the docs.
