Hello, I got an error running panEDTA sh ../panEDTA.sh -g genome.list.csv -c genome.cds.fa -l ../database/athrep.updated.nonredun.fasta -t 20 -f 3

It was my mistake, I had used sh instead of bash to run panEDTA.sh script.
