Hello shujun: I occured the error in the title when I run the following code: ~/LTR_retriever/LTR_retriever -genome genome.fa -inharvest genome.fa.rawLTR.scn -threads 10

All the dependencies is set completely. I am wondering what is wrong. I will be much obliged if you can reply me soon.
