Delay loading of OSD to when BodySlide preview is opened #354

Right now, the full OSD is loaded when selecting an outfit in the dropdown in BodySlide. The slider data is only needed with the preview window opened up, though.

Only load the OSD file while the preview is open or as it's being opened
