Docker version tag missing for juice-shop #5

For some reason, I can't see the version tag (v8.7.2) in README, even though it is changed in commit 998e6c3a39457aaca7511ab8aaa01fa5363103c8 Maybe this should be fixed?

It seems to be added only on prerequisites, not in the actual task
