Added modifications I did in May 2014 while writing Bachelor's thesis

Looks good! Might want to get rid of the epsfig stuff completely (the .eps logos aren't used anymore, right? ), but that can be done separately.

Yep, .eps logos are not used anymore and it was only used in nimiölehti. Also nimiölehti needs to be updated to match with the given template in http://www.oulu.fi/tietotekniikka/opiskelu/diplomityo. + it's different for CSE and EE/WCE...
