Make a standard Dockerfile template
Tidy up fuzz.sh
Add sane defaults for fuzzers
In general make code more readable and well commented.

There is no actual need to tidy fuzz.sh because no bash script coding standard is defined in project. Code is currently readable and commented well enough.
