I disabled the firewall at Untangle and voice can be transmitted properly. I
am now studying how to overcome this problem under firewall is enabled.

Omitted the problem mentioned at Comment #1, the summary of the test is :
(1) Ekiga A/C to Ekiga A/C and PBXes.org A/C has problem.
(2) Sip2Sip A/C to PBXes.org A/C has problem.

Nice :)
Well correct me if I mistake but sounds 3G and wifi give the same results isn't
it? (except one automatic hangup vs one no ring at all).
The case that afraid me is ekiga to ekiga that doesn't work. (Others could be
due to configuration / incompatibility between servers).
When you try ekiga to ekiga is that two different accounts or the same ekiga
account you are using on both endpoints?
And just a question on your pbxes.org configuration, is there trunking with
other accounts used in these tests on you pbxes.org account (for example with
ekiga or sip2sip)?

In addition, as far as I know, Ekiga does not require proxy.

As per comment #1, I solved the firewall problem on my Untangle by just allow
UDP traffic that I have overlooked for a very long time.
Quick test :
Wired Ubuntu 10.04 running Ekiga with Ekiga account behind Untangle ---> wired
Linksys SPA941 (Sip2Sip account hosted at PBXes.org) and behind firewall
(DD-WRT) ==> Okay

As per Comment #4 where Test #6 and Test #F, they are two different Sip2Sip
accounts for calling each other.

Marked as done to simplify the number of open issues. I guess that could be
more treated a global sip configuration topic than a CSipSimple issue.
