Yes it's supported by Doubango but IMSDroid is designed to send REGISTER at
start up and to only allow calls if registered.
The function to enable peer2peer calls is "SipStack::setModeServer()" but for
know there is no jni wrapper. We'll create the wrappers after tests and clean
integration with IMSDroid, iDoubs (iOS) and Boghe (Windows).
