After model is exported from Blender, 2 of the IK tip bones are always listed in the middle of the 4 leg IK bones in PMD editor. The IK tip bones should be listed below the IK bones. Child bones should always be listed below parent bones in PMD editor. This can be corrected in PMD editor by moving these 2 IK tip bones to be below all 4 IK bones.
