I've been toying with replacing page bookmarks with Hypothes.is' page annotations, and it looks promising.
I had one annoyance though: when in gooseberry search's interactive mode, the search is performed against the page url but not its title. Perhaps it's the case with all the annotations and I didn't notice because it wasn't a problem ?
