Same me for Galaxy Watch 4. I need install to Wear OS 3 separate apk file, because via android home slide it does not work. Wanted to create one, but throw this error: No cached version of fr.outadoc.mdi:mdi-android:6.2.95-b available for offline mode.

want the same，btw，does have any where to download the apk of wear OS which exiit in play store？ i know apkpure，but it doesnt have any apk for wear os

In play store, click to become a tester, because it is maybe still in beta version, then when you are tester, under button install is drop-down menu where you can choose where to install. There I can see the SM-R860 and install it directly to watch.
