Adds basics for supporting calling custom agent jobs. from the CLI or HTTP API a user can call a arbitrary script on the agent as defined in the agent configuration file.

@jcesario can you please explain the nature of "arbitrary script on the agent as defined in the agent configuration file"? Is it arbitrary or is it filtered by existing configuration?

Its arbitrary as in anything can be put into the config file for execution by the agent, but the configuration file has to contain a whitelist of allowed commands.
