Update 'master' branch name to 'main' #46

Right now your 'master' is the default branch. update this to dev and remove master if you dont need it anymore

It also seems you haven't updated the genomic-api branch in a while. I recommend just having one at the release

Right now when you click on the github icon in the top right corner of the site, ie https://outbreak-info.github.io/R-outbreak-info/articles/epivignette.html, it takes you to the master branch (just fyi to update this)
