Hi!

I have a problem authenticating my account. I have a user who works on the Gisaid page. But when I try to authenticate, it doesn't allow me

Hi,

Can you please provide more details? What type of error message are you getting?

It says not user found with this login or e-email, but I have changed the password and with the same data it works on the Gisaid page

We have also tried with other users who have a Gisaid account and it also says the same. And these users do enter Gisaid

I've continued messing around with the package and I was able to use all the functions despite the error in the previous message
