Figure out ways to upweight "better" resources within search results #103

Observation: with the sea of resources, it's difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff to identify good resources from things that are more works in progress.

Brainstorm:

Rely on interconnectedness to upweight resources, à la Google. Hypothesis: things like JHU's epi dataset will be more linked to other
- Current unmet need: connect together all the resources in an automated manner. Could rely on mix of citations and author matching
Manually / semiautomated assignment of quality ratings

Potentially leverage metrics like views or downloads from FigShare, altmetric score and other view metrics from biorxiv/medrxiv. Arguably not very good measures to weight but with the suggested manual assignment of quality (🐍) might be helpful.
